There are four main entrances, each located within the Park provided parking lots, as well as a main entrance on the corner of Ronald Reagan Drive and Evans Towne Center Boulevard. Wheelchair accessible entries are located in close proximity to the handicapped parking areas for your convenience.
On event days patrons are asked to use one of the two main entrances (labeled A & B on the map above). Day of show ticket purchases or anyone picking up Will Call tickets may do so at the Box Office located right inside the facility closest to Entrance B.
Evans Towne Center Park and Lady Antebellum Amphitheater has several parking lots located in close proximity (walking distance) to amphitheater. Event Parking subject to change depending on the event. Designated accessible parking for persons with disabilities is located in Lots A & B.
Parking areas associated with Evans Towne Center Park and Lady Antebellum Amphitheater are the lots pictured above; please be advised that guests parking elsewhere are subject to the policies and procedures of the outside facility. Columbia County does not assume responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged property or vehicles towed as a result of parking outside of the designated areas.

Items not permitted:
- Weapons of any kind
- Alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs
- Laser pointers
- Pets of any kind (unless it is a service animal or otherwise stated)
- Food & beverages – unless specified on the venue event page that the event is a “picnics allowed” event
- Tents or staking
- Portable Grills
This is a non-smoking facility. However, designated smoking areas will be assigned as needed during concert events on an as-need basis.
In the event that a performance is canceled or rescheduled, information is generally sent to the local media for distribution and placed on the Evans Towne Center Park website as well as our Facebook and Twitter pages. Please be aware that there is no way to contact individual ticket holders other than local/social media outlets.
If an event is cancelled, refunds will be available at the original point of purchase only. Customers that purchased their tickets through e-Tix online or over the phone should be refunded automatically within a week of cancelling the event. Customers that purchased their tickets through any other means must return to the outlet where they originally purchased their tickets for a refund.
If the event is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored on the new event date. In most cases, refunds will also be available at the original point of purchase up until the new event date has passed.
An ATM Machine is located just inside the facility next to the Box Office.
Our on-site Box Office is located inside of the park next to the children’s play area. The box office is open during events and specific times as announced. On event days, the Box Office will remain open for ticket purchases and will call until the headliner takes the stage.
Pets are generally not permitted during concert events unless otherwise stated. When visiting the park, pets must be on a leash (unless inside the Dog Park) and any waste properly disposed of. For your convenience, there are pet waste stations located throughout the facility.
The picnic area and pavilion area is provided as a courtesy for patrons of the park to enjoy at their leisure. This area cannot be reserved and is available on a first come, first serve basis. No portable grills or inflatables of any kind are permitted on the park grounds at any time by guests of the facility.
First aid kits are located inside of the Box Office area. In most cases, medical personnel will be onhand during events at the Park. In the event of a true emergency, please dial 9-1-1.
Wi-Fi is currently unavailable at the park at this time.
